αriston Communities – αGPN

The αriston project communities are entering the Greek and foreign market, aiming at developing the skills of students, university students, parents, professionals and entrepreneurs, emphasizing on the issues of employment search and the future of work.

The communities by the αriston project, partner to the northern Greece based hyphen SA, are accessible at the hyphen SA Elaeon (educational center) in Thessaloniki and at the cooperating Elaeons both in Greece and abroad.

The curricula’s content and features, making up four distinct communities, are, in short, the following:




For Parents Only

The community for parents only is for parents who wish to acquire the tools and the knowledge necessary in order to effectively support their children in the development of their skills, and the decision making process concerning their future.

The community members have multiple benefits, such as:

  • Ongoing online education and webinars concerning children’s learning difficulties, proper nutrition, children’s exercise, and many others.
  • Free online learning personality tests, so that parents and students can find out in which way the latter are more efficient in the classroom.
  • Networking with other parents, with child-psychologists and scientists specialized on education.
  • Access to an electronic –supporting teaching - study platform for students from the 3rd grade of primary to the 3rd grade of secondary school, complete with all units of specific school books, which cover all learning types in the form they are presented. For those interested in deepening in their learning of English, there is the Young Pioneers STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics), guaranteeing not only the proper learning of a foreign language but also a C2 level (excellent knowledge) certification after a complete 4-5 years circle of studies.
  • Development of the skills which are mandatory for the job market of the future, such as interdisciplinarity, transferable professional skills, critical understanding and thought, modern and adaptive reasoning, social intelligence, improvisational mindset, cognitive object management, calculative thinking, intercultural awareness and virtual cooperation.
  • Free use of selected tools, like Microsoft Office 365, an e-mail account, storing space at 50GB Internet capacity and access to Skype for business, for the creation of virtual classrooms via teleconference.


The Ariston Pioneers’ League

The αriston pioneers’ league is a community, whose members, such as students (teenagers), university students and adults are getting ready to enter the job market, either for a Start-Up, or to find employment. This is really about the networking of future employees and new entrepreneurs that could be trained on the αriston project’s culture and code of development. The community provides to its members the αriston project’s youth entrepreneurship ROIEDU 16-25 training (six months – six flipped classroom sessions). It also provides access to the αriston project’s e-learning platform, participation to social and professional networking events, as well as training on entrepreneurship and employability issues.



The Ariston Business Society

The αriston business society is about the creation of a network of professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to be trained on the αriston project’s culture and code of development. The αriston business society is suitable for active, but also growing professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to get to know and assimilate the αriston criteria and adjust hyphen SA’s growth model to their own level of business initiative. At the same time, they are equipped with smart tools, such as the KMS (Knowledge Management System).



The Ariston Academy

The αriston academy aims at teachers who wish to acquire the know-how and training required, in order to improve their transferability skills, through the use of the most contemporary techniques, teaching methods and technological tools. By attending the αriston academy classes, trained teachers have a better understanding of their working environment, they identify and use the appropriate job opportunities and benefit from the academic networking advantages. The αriston academy provides the αriston project’s Differentiated Instruction Course (5 months – 5 flipped classroom sessions) to trainees, as well as participation in the certification process and other courses related to methodology tools and education. Trainees are also given access to the αriston project’s e-learning platform, ability to participate in social and professional networking events, teaching methodology training, content and professional development training, lesson plans as well as teachers’ communication and teaching personality tests.
